This Blanc de Blancs cuvée of incomparable purity is based on Chardonnay, mainly from the magnificent vineyards of Trépail and Villers-Marmery. These Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims area, recognised for their elegance and freshness, are blended in a perfect accord with delicately fruity Chardonnay from the Côte de Sézanne. This crystalline champagne exudes subtle aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and almonds. Fresh and silky on the palate, it unrolls with finesse on beautiful mineral notes that are typical of these chalky soils.

Rosé Cuvée Spumante, La Farra
Palmer Brut Reserve is based on a selection of wines from the best vineyards in the Champagne region. The Premiers and Grands Crus from the Montagne de Reims area predominate and lend their distinctive personality to these wines. The nose, amazingly clean, is expressed through a rich palette of aromas, including citrus, pear and apricot with some subtle notes of hazelnut and a discreet touch of buttery brioche. Succulent and substantial to the palate, yet with an unfettered freshness, this wine is eminently seductive: a model of perfect balance.
Champagne Palmer Brut Réserve
Palmer & Co has created a rosé combining exceptional fruitiness and delicate notes of spice. At the heart of the blend lies a unique Solera of Pinot Noir, a perpetual reserve of several decades reflecting the House’s celebrated expertise. The intense nose is dominated by the energising aroma of wild strawberries with tantalising light notes of red and black currants in the background, overlaying very delicate notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, it is drawn out in finely tannic, succulent bubbles in the same register of fruity elegance.
Champagne Palmer Rosé Solera
A perfect balance between the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varieties, this elite blend of growths from the Montagne de Reims area, the Côte des Bars and the Marne Valley offers a contemporary expression of a Blanc de Noirs. The fruity structure of the Pinots is expressed with surprising freshness. The nose offers the delicate aromas of peach and apricot sustained by the tonic qualities of pomelo and currants, offering an optimum balance between intensity of aromas and refinement.
Champagne Palmer Blanc de Noirs
This brut rosé cava is produced with the best Trepat D.O. Cava grapes. With a strong pink colour, and good bubbles that form a cheerful crown of mousse. Fruity and floral aromas in the mouth it is very pleasant.
Gran Castellflorit Cava Brut Rosé
Elaborated following the Traditional Method, it has been aged and matured in our cellar of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Pale yellow colour with honey and floral hints. It is fresh, well-balanced, fruity with fine bubbles. Ideal as an aperitif or to pair with rice, fish, seafood, white and red meats.
Duc de foix Covides Cava Brut
This cava born from the selection of the best grapes, an accurate elaboration process and a long aging in our Sant Sadurní cava. With a pale yellow colour and small bubbles that end up forming a cheergul crown of mousse. It has fruity and aging aromas. In the mouth it is round, well-balanced and very pleasant.
Gran Castellflorit Covides Cava brut
"Faive," from the Venetian dialect means: "A flame that rises to the sky from a large fire lightly winded by the wind." That's exactly what the wine is about.
