Cuvée between the Glera (80%), Chardonnay (15%) and Raboso (5%) wines. The wine is made sparkling using the Charmat Method, the process traditionally adopted for youthful, delicate, fruity wines. The prise de mousse through natural re-fermentation in pressurized tanks lasts some 20-25 days, while maturation (also in these autoclaves) is for 2 months. Excellent as an aperitif, or drunk throughout a meal with fish dishes or cold cuts.
The specially selected grapes come from high hillside vineyards in Farra di Soligo, Farrò,Solighetto and San Pietro di Feletto (at 180 – 350 meters above sea level), in the center of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. production zone. The vine training systems used are “Double-Arched Cane” and “Sylvoz”, with a plant density of 2800-3300 vines per hectare. The soils are a mix of clay and limestone. Its color is straw yellow, with small, fine and persistent bubbles.Fresh, fruity and delicate aroma and tangy, fresh and lightly acidulous, with a dry finish flavor.
