A famous winery from a Marche region, Fattoria San Lorenzo, is maybe young, but the main oenologist brings with himself family knowledge with a long winemaking tradition. The main values of the winery are organically growing with artisanal and biodynamic principles as growing their own yeast with minimal use of sulfur. Besides the great ratio of price and quality, this wine is one of the wines supplied exclusively only by two suppliers.
Intense straw-yellow colour with an aroma of fresh pear, wisteria and almonds. The taste is mineral, structured with light undertones.
Goes well with dishes from seafood, fishes, fresh cheese, salami or typically with Italian pasta and risotto.
We recommend serving the wine around 8 - 10 ° C.
