2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE STORE ABOUT YOU?
We store the personal information we need to comply with the contracts you sign with us, that is, name, surname, address and contact details. We also store your details to sign in to your user account so that you can sign in to your user account.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSU WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We need your identification and address information so that we can properly close and then perform our contractual obligations that you conclude with us, or arrange for your orders. If you do not provide us with such personal information, we will not be able to do so. If you are interested and give us permission to do so, we are able to send you information about time-limited offers, tasting invitations and warnings of great wine events.

4. FOR HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Information about your purchase, that is, orders and concluded contracts, or your information you have provided to us for the proper performance of the contract, is kept for 3 years. After such time, we keep them in order to be able to handle complaints properly and respond to your possible complaints. We also store documents in which your personal information is contained, as required by several laws (eg: Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, as amended, Act No. 235/2004 Coll. value added, as amended, etc.). Invoices must be kept for 10 years. We keep the accounting documents for 5 years. In the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, we must delete the personal data we obtained from your consent. Consent can be revoked by sending an email to: info@tovino.cz We keep personal information about you in connection with your user account for an unlimited period of time if you use your account. If you do not use it for more than a year, your personal information will be deleted.

5. TO WHOM WE OVERHAND YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We give your personal information to the persons delivering the goods so that they can deliver the goods properly. These personal data are communicated only to the extent necessary for the delivery of your ordered goods. If we need to pass on your personal information to another person, we must first ask for your consent. Without your consent, we will not provide your personal information to other persons unless such obligation arises from generally binding legal regulations.

6. WHAT ARE YOU RIGHTS IN RELATION TO ITS PERSONAL DATA?

Right to Repair - Unless your personal information is kept up to date or is incorrect, you can request a correction.The right to request access to your personal data - that you can ask us at any time what personal data we record about you and what happens to it during our lives.Right to data portability - If you ask us to do so, we will provide you with your personal data, which we process based on your consent, while processing it automatically. We will provide such information in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may pass this information to the administrator you specify if you agree with the transfer.The right to erase (the so-called right to be forgotten) - that is, that at your request we have to erase all personal information we record about you, for example if you no longer wish to receive information about our news of our actions or if you wish to delete your user account. However, there may be another reason that entitles us to, or undertakes to store, the data (for example, the obligation under the Accounting Act under point 4, etc.), and in which case deletion can not be made.Right to limit processing - in some cases, we may keep personal information, but we must not dispose of it in any way; these are the following:if you deny the accuracy of the data and we need to verify your message;if personal data is being processed unlawfully, but you do not want us to delete it and request a restriction of processing instead of deletion;if we no longer need personal information, but you request that they be retained for your legal claims;if you object to the processing, as long as we verify that personal data will continue to be processed in our important interest or will not process it.Right to file a complaint - if you believe that we are in any way violating the privacy policy, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
