A famous winery from a Marche region, Fattoria San Lorenzo, is maybe young, but the main oenologist brings with himself family knowledge with a long winemaking tradition. The main values of the winery are organically growing with artisanal and biodynamic principles as growing their own yeast with minimal use of sulfur.
