Irancy wines are typically cherry-red in color. The structure of the wine is rich and supple. The wine is fruity, with aromas of red and black fruits, dominated by cherries and black currants. An elegant and complex wine with flavors of red fruits, well-integrated tannins and a long finish. You can let the wine mature for another five or more years.

An ideal choice for grilled white and red meats, game and soft cheeses.

The aim has always been to get the best out of the terroir to offer you an enjoyable moment of tasting pleasure. Chablis 1er Cru Montmains is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and then in 500 liter barrels for 4 to 6 months. A complex and well-balanced wine with a long, pale golden finish. The aroma is a combination of fresh and salty notes, the taste is ripe citrus and candied apples. An elegant and delicate wine suitable as an aperitif. It also goes well with oysters or fish and poultry in sauce.

The aim has always been to get the best out of the terroir to offer you an enjoyable moment of tasting pleasure. The wine matures in oak barrels before bottling, so that its most delicate taste is highlighted. Irancy has a ruby red color and a strong aroma of red fruits, especially cherries and fresh grapes. The taste is full with notes of red fruit, the finish is harmonious with fine tannins and a long finish.
