The wine matures in oak barrels before bottling, so that its most delicate taste is highlighted. Irancy has a ruby red color and a strong aroma of red fruits, especially cherries and fresh grapes. The taste is full with notes of red fruit, the finish is harmonious with fine tannins and a long finish.
It goes best with grilled red meats, roasts, roasted white meats, but also with game and soft cheeses.

An attractive yellow gold robe. A very fine and fruity nose, where one can also detect fine mineral and floral notes. The mouth is very balanced, with good length. There is good fruit concentration (exotic and citrus), with again good minerality. Laying down: this wine will keep for at least 5 years, it will soften over time. Food/wine pairing: it goes very well with shellfish, oysters and fish, also with some white meats, and fine charcuterie.

The Heimbourger family have worked in the vines for 3 generations. Over the course of time this family business was spread over three appellations: Chablis, Irancy, Bourgogne. The aim has always been to get the best out of the terroir to offer you an enjoyable moment of tasting pleasure. Chablis 1er Cru Montmains is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and then in 500 liter barrels for 4 to 6 months. A complex and well-balanced wine with a long, pale golden finish. The aroma is a combination of fresh and salty notes, the taste is ripe citrus and candied apples. An elegant and delicate wine suitable as an aperitif. It also goes well with oysters or fish and poultry in sauce.
