Petit Chablis has a light golden color and a very delicate fruity aroma with floral and citrus notes. In taste, the wine is fresh and well balanced with notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and fine minerality. Its slight saltiness directly encourages you to have another glass.

It is suitable as an aperitif or for drinking with friends. It goes very well with molluscs, oysters and fish, but also with white meats and delicate cured meats.

An attractive yellow gold robe. A very fine and fruity nose, where one can also detect fine mineral and floral notes. The mouth is very balanced, with good length. There is good fruit concentration (exotic and citrus), with again good minerality. Laying down: this wine will keep for at least 5 years, it will soften over time. The Heimbourger family have worked in the vines for 3 generations. Over the course of time this family business was spread over three appellations: Chablis, Irancy, Bourgogne. The aim has always been to get the best out of the terroir to offer you an enjoyable moment of tasting pleasure. Chablis 1er Cru Montmains is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and then in 500 liter barrels for 4 to 6 months. A complex and well-balanced wine with a long, pale golden finish. The aroma is a combination of fresh and salty notes, the taste is ripe citrus and candied apples. An elegant and delicate wine suitable as an aperitif. It also goes well with oysters or fish and poultry in sauce.
