The story of the Delmas family winery began three generations ago, when the family tradition began to develop. The vineyards are located in the Languedoc region, at the foothills of the Pyrennes, making it an ideal place for wine production due to the combination of the Mediterranean and Atlantic climate. In 1986, the winery decided to convert all of vineyard to organic  farming, that they maintain to this day. Wine is produced by the traditional method, following the ancestors.

Intense and elegant crémant, with yellow color and soft but intense foam. The combination of tones of roasted hazelnuts, curry and white flowers reveals the complexity of this crémant. In the mouth we can feel fresh tones of boxwood, star anise and vetiver.

This Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Bailly Lapierre is obtained by maceration of Pinot Noir (85%) and Gamay (15%). The first grape brings the “vinous” character and the second very characteristic red fruit aromas. The Fruitière Vinicole d’Arbois is one of the first cooperative wineries ever established in France. It was formed on 4 January 1906 at the instigation of 26 wine growers from the town of Arbois. At that time French vines had been nearly decimated by the grape phylloxera blight and the wine market was occupied by inferior wines without any designation of origin.
