This single varietal Primitivo from Taranto bene ts from the warm Mediterranean climate and the moderating in uence of the Adriatic Sea. The red, ferrous oxide and aluminium rich soils impart a mineral quality to this structured wine. The producer and founder of Felline, Gregory Perucci, is a proud advocate of Puglia and its wines, particularly its native and typical grapes. This Primitivo is proof of the quality of the wine-making in the area around Taranto, which has been producing wines since the arrival of Greek settlers before the rise of the Romans. This Primitivo preserves its spicy fruitiness as it is fermented and matured in INOX stainless steel tanks.

A wine from an iconic Burgundy winemaker from Gevrey – Chambertin with a long tradition of 13 generations of wine making. Dugat Py produces one of the most prestigious wines, mostly from Pinot Noir grapes. Their approach is organic (with no use of chemicals) and grows on bushes old up to 99 years. The wine ages in the oak barrels for 16 – 18 months, which gives an element of wood and tannins to its taste. Captivating wine of dark ruby colour and full intense taste of red riped fruit with smooth velvety undertones balancing overall impression. We recommend with dishes as duck, goose or featherd game. The best is to decant the wine before drinking.

The Churchill winery represents a modern concept of wine-making and a long tradition of several generations. Exceptionally breezy for a mineral red wine originated in Douro region typical of heavy wines and Port wine. The wine is cuveé only from local breeds: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca a Tinta Roriz. Taste of cherries, plums and red currant, with chocolate and mint tones in the end. For a more lively taste, we recommend opening the wine for approximately 10 minutes before consuming. A very good ratio of price and quality.

Due the short maceration, this Pinot Noir is all about finesse, creating a balance between its fresh texture and the complex flavours of soft fruit such as strawberries and raspberries. The finish is delicate and very slightly salty.
