Typical wine St. Emilion with a distinctive bouquet of ripe red fruit with caramel and chocolate tones. There are delicate tannins and fresh acid making harmonious wine. The winery with a history dating back to 1860 was bought by Baron Benjamin de Rothschild in 2003 and completely renovated. New owners feel great potential, and thanks to their hard work, a brand new wine is introduced and is marketed in 2007. It excels in the more sophisticated arrangements of white meat or feathered game or beef and veal.
