Located in the Rhone vineyards, the Domaine Rouge Garance was created in 1996 by Claudie and Bertrand Cortellini. The emblem of the estate, a bird, which was designed by Enki Bilal. The estate has 30 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache or even Carignan benefit from these terroirs. The estate is run in organic farming. The harvest is manual in order to preserve all the quality of its fruits.
The wine has matured in concrete tanks for 9 months and is truly wine for everyday drinking. It is youthful, fresh, fruity, with a beautiful ruby color and a fresh fruity aroma of wild berries. The acidity in the wine is very pleasant and balances the harmonious fruity taste well.
