Located in the Rhone vineyards, the Domaine Rouge Garance was created in 1996 by Claudie and Bertrand Cortellini. The emblem of the estate, a bird, which was designed by Enki Bilal. The estate has 30 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache or even Carignan benefit from these terroirs. The estate is run in organic farming. The harvest is manual in order to preserve all the quality of its fruits.
Vinification 48 hours by cold maceration of the skins. Aging 12 months in concrete cuvette and 20% in barrique. Bouquet with aromas of red fruit, accompanied by spicy notes. On the palate the wine is balanced and pleasantly long.
