Our entry-level Riesling is a classy, ​​lively and elegant culinary companion with fresh acidity and moderate alcohol (12.5–13%). Fermented after a short period of maceration at 20°C and left in steel tanks until mid-February, this Riesling has been delighting connoisseurs and novices alike for years. The grapes come from our vineyards in Gedersdorf, which grow on loess and gravel and in which Riesling – which places high demands on the site – obviously feels very much at home.

The grapes for our rosé – Zweigelt, Merlot and Pinot Noir – come from small parcels on the terraces of Gedersdorf. For us, the rosé is a classic, fresh & fruity summer wine that one enjoys on mild evenings on the patio or as an accompaniment to food, in which case a second glass is also welcome. It should be light, but not too light; after all the wine should also exhibit character and backbone. Around 12.0% alcohol – that’s just right!
