Young Valdibella winery from sunny Sicily believes in human resources as in community style of working and gives the opportunity to not only young people from weak social circles. With the organic style of a wine-making process, the winery tries to support both local farming and culture. The label on the backside of the wine named Addiopizzo declares that the winemakers' hard-won affiliation to an association that does not pay any fees to the local mafia.
As the wine is from a sunny land, so the colour made out of the authentic Sicilian grapes reflects beams of orange to golden glints with a spicy aroma of cardamom. The taste is full of juicy grapefruits, bitter nuts, mixing with a long mineral aftertaste. If you like to try something new and unconventional, this is the wine we recommend.
Goes well with dishes as fish, seafood or pizza. The best to open it, is at 15 °C.
