Wine of a finely golden color, with the aroma of white peaches and berries. The fruity taste continues in its fullness and emphasis, with a long, long ending showing a typical minerality.
The year 2015 is characterized by the introduction of new cellars and exciting changes during the harvest. With the emphasis on creating the premium quality of Sauvignon Blanc, this new cellar has made it possible to concentrate on the key aspects of producing this wine and improving its quality.
We have retained our original ideas and created a wine that better reflects the uniqueness of the vineyard and emphasizes the Terroir Klein Constantia. The individual batches were hand-cut and the grapes pressed naturally, allowing the optimum flow of juice to be used. The fermentation took place in stainless steel dances, and for seven months this wine was on the slurry, after which various bits were mixed together to create this elegant wine.
