The family winery manages the vineyards in Sancerre. Due to the diverse geological composition of the soil, besides the usual Sauvignon Blanc variety, Crochet can also devote to the Pinot Noir variety, the pink and red wines.
Light, salmon-colored elegant wine is drunk the first two, three years after the harvest. It is one of the most elegant pink wines from France. It carries a spicy acid, smell of meadow flowers and forest fruits, especially strawberries.
Goes very well with young goat cheeses. Perfectly suited to sushi. Salmon or tuna is also a pleasant combination of flavors.
We recommend serving around 13 - 16 °C.
