Sparkling wine of the Chardonnay variety ( blanc de blancs ) is, like champagne wines, produced by secondary fermentation in a bottle. The wine is Extra brut, which is very dry. It has a fine pearl and a fruity citrus character with tones of yellow apples and quince. Try with: seafood (crab, lobster, prawns), sea fish, fine cheeses, sushi.
