Young winery, named after its founder Tiago Cabaço is becoming, in the Portugal region Alicante, more and more popular. Cabaço started to expand his knowledge and experience from an early age, when he was helping his family on vineyard.
Intense ruby red colour. In taste very fruity, expressive with hightend tones pf plums and black pepper. The texture is structured, dense, nicely balanced with smooth tannins and frseh, brisk aftertaste.
Goes well with dried meat, grilled red meat or vegetable.
We recommend serving the wine around 18 °C.
