Ancient winery La Nerthe forms wines since 1563. The castle stands on a rocky massif, which are not only dug cellars, but also tanks where the wine ferments. White wine is then transferred to new oak barrels for further ripening. Cuvée is made up of Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc.
Drinks are either young, in the course of two years, or up to 8-10 years after the harvest, when the ripening will change its character. The wine is great as with Mediterranean fish, lilac and tomato as with feather game and mushrooms.
