Easy drinkable and fresh Chardonnay. This very old wine grape variety originated from the natural crossing of the Pinot and Gouais Blanc varieties. Since the Middle Ages it has been one of the most popular in Europe! The aroma is filled with pineapple, pear, citrus, lime and spices. Taste is pure fruit with notes of vanilla and pear, nicely balanced by discreet acidity.
It will be a great choice for baked and grilled fish such as tuna or salmon.
