Delicate and typical varietal bouquet with hints of exotic fruit and good acid framed. The variety comes from France and has been grown in southern Tyrol for over 100 years. The wine has a pale yellow color with green reflections. It is balanced, with typical exotic notes of pineapple and mango. Potential for aging 2-3 years. Excellent aperitif, fish, vegetable risotto and cold and warm starters.
