Bourgogne Aligote, Domaine de la Folie 2017

The Aligoté variety, next to Chardonnay Burgundy Cinderella, comes from Domaine de la Folie from hundreds of vineyards. The result is a complex but delicate and long wine with a great dose of elegance and certainly one of the best examples of this underrated variety. The winery is located north of the north of Côte Chalonnaise. This winery was created by the merger of three enthusiastic winemakers, combining the extraordinary interest and the ability to use the old experience, taken over by ancestors. Their feature is the use of advanced technology based on a combination of traditional techniques and modern elements.
