Cuvée Pálava Bavory Perná, Gala

Pure nectar bouquet with tones of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and juicy flavor of candied fruit, with a touch of sweet spices and almonds. The family winery Gala belongs among the smaller Moravian wineries with a total annual production of about 40 thousand bottles. They farm on nine hectares of their own vineyards on the slopes of Pálava Protected Landscape Area. The vineyard is located above the village of Bavors directly under the Table Mountain. The winery itself can be found at the foot of the Pálavský ridge in the small village of Bavory near Mikulov. This so-called "boutique winery" is now among the absolute top of Moravian wineries, which is interesting not only for original quality wines, but also for a sensitive and comprehensive view of wineries with careful access to vineyards management. We recommend serving St. Barbara's grilled mussels or pork side.
