The family tradition of wine cultivation has preserved until these days and so it benefits from a rich knowledge of experience. In present days the Bepin de Eto wines are shaped by long-lasting tradition which mirrors in their technical-procedure site and as well in their designs.
A wine from Glera grapes, from the most typical breed fro prosecco, is grown on Conegliano Valdobbiadene (DOCG) vineyards - the best location of the region.
A pale straw-yellow sparkling wine with hints of emerald, compellingly luminous, with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles. A delicate note of fresh-baked bread is the first to emerge, followed by apple, pear, and peach, alongside refined impressions of petals and acacia blossoms. Palate In the mouth it is fresh and full- flavoured, with an appealing acidity on the finish.

The bouquet is rich and emphatic, with generous aromas of ripe tropical fruit and pineapple, which yield to refined impressions of white peach and apricot. Citrus notes appear at the close, of citron and lemon, and a spicy Mediterranean touch of oregano and wildflowers. It is delicate and almost ethereal on the palate, with a compelling, velvety smoothness and fragrances that mirror those of the bouquet. The crisp, dry finish hints appealingly of mineral salts.
Vaiss Spumante Millesimato Extra Dry, Bepin de Eto
A rosé sparkling wine displaying a self-confident pink hue and a rich, long-lasting bead of bubbles. The bouquet is generous yet refined, with rich fruit. Fragrant white peach and apricot are the first to emerge, followed by melon, lychee, and pink grapefruit, ending on a fine note of ripe pineapple. Floral notes abound, of rose petals and cyclamen. The palate is refined and subtle, yet rich and multi-layered, offering a crisp acidity, overall fine balance, and a lightly sapid finale. Best enjoyed in a wide, tulip-shaped glass with curved-in rim, at 6-8°C.
