The uniqueness of this wine lies in the fact that, if the young one stands out with the juice and fruitiness, the characteristics of Barbera, and in its old age, it shows the delicacy and velvety of Nebbiolo. Wine pressed from traditional Piemonte varieties - 40% Nebbiolo and 60% Barbera. It is suitable for delicious veal and poultry dishes as well as for red meat.
