A varied but defined aroma with a primary hay and flint scent, followed by fruit tones of kiwi and citrus. The strong minerality in the wine expresses the unique terreor of the Perdeblokke vineyard. On the palate is an intense concentration of sweet melon, kiwi and spice. Minerals, opulence and acids predestine this wine for ripening in the cellar. Perdeblokke in the title refers to horses that have cultivated the land on steep slopes. This distinctive and unique Sauvignon can be tasted only in exceptional years. So do not miss it!
