Valpolicella Classico "Saseti" from Monte dall'Ora is a fine and refreshing red wine from the Veneto region of the Castelrotto and San Pietro wine regions in Valpolicella. It is tempered for 3 months between concrete and stainless steel and consists of various Veronese mixtures.

The wine has a light ruby color, aromas of cherries, sour cherries and black pepper, with hints of mint. The palate is smooth and delicate salty, with a juicy fruity softness and a fresh aftertaste of ripe cherries.
