This Sauvignon has an intense aroma of black currant and flowering blossom. The taste is full, very juicy and refreshing, with a more pronounced spicy acid, a firm texture harmonious, elegant and pleasantly mineral, with a touch of honey. Thanks to a very sensitive grape processing technology, this white wine is variegated pure, perfectly structured and very complex in aroma and taste. Suitable for spicy foods, pasta with gorgonzola, aglio olio or seafood or Asian cuisine.
