The color of the pale golden, opulent wine offers a long-lasting taste with a long aftermath. Its scent resembles hawthorn, acacia, honeysuckle with tones of hazelnut. After several years of ripening, hints of honey and ripe pears are added. The grapes are pressed very slowly with respect to the fruit. No yeast or enzymes are used during processing.
