Mineral and fruit, in barrel-matured biodynamic red wine. Natural, energetic, very lively young matter, with almost zero sulfur, lightly animal and fun. The grapes of the Teroldego variety come from the shade of the Italian Dolomites, from Campo Rotaliano, the plains between the Adige and Noche streams. Of course there is manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and minimal sieving. The wine combines the elegance of the female hand Mrs. Elisabetta Foradori, undoubtedly the best producers of wines from the Teroldego variety throughout Italy.
