Red wine molded from the Sangiovese vineyard from the Panzana wineries - "Conca d'Oro", one of the best in Italy. Deep, structured wine with excellent archiving potential. With tones of concentrated sour cherries, black cherries, tobacco, noble wood. The taste is full, long, powerful with beautiful juices and a powerful structure. At the end, the cute tones of menthol appear. Carefully processed, the grapes melt gently and the wine matures for 18 months in barricade barrels, where it gains complexity and roundness and then in the bottle.
Excellent for steaks and mature cheeses.
