Full-bodied, elegant wine from Sardinia molded from a variety of Cannonau. The taste is soft and rich with tones of black cherry, soft spice and noble wood. Grape harvesting takes place manually, followed by 25 days in stainless steel tanks and then 12 months in French Barricade barrels combined with large oak barrels, then min. 12 months in a bottle.
Serve for mature cheeses or game.
