Rich and aromatic wine, attractive and full of body, large class and variety. Undoubtedly the best wine in St.Estèphe. It is a complex wine with a silky, fruity taste and great delicacy. The winery is named after the founder's surname and partly from a stone-gravel slope full of pebbles. The word "Cos" means "pebble hill" in the old Genzco dialect.
