Jean-Luc Baldes is the seventh generation of a family winery founded in 1830. He makes honest wines with rural charm, especially from Malbec, a typical variegate for Southwestern France. It is no wonder that his wines give the tone of the whole region and are among the most respected. Petit Clos is a cuvée of the Malbec varieties, which predominantly prevails, and Merlot. In the wine we can find the taste of sweet spice with distinctive tones of cherries and forest fruits, full of medium-long finish. We can drink it straight, but in five years he will continue to enjoy his full beauty. Slowly made beef, such as traditional casserole, or grilled steak or lamb roast, will make perfect consonance with this wine.
