Riding the wave of its success, Château Tour de Mirambeau has been able to offer another line called “Cuvée Passion”, produced in particular with grapes from specially selected parcels.
The white wine has a luminous pale yellow robe. The nose is a combination of citrus aromas, especially grapefruit, with a mix of flowers and white fruit. Full-bodied, rich and smooth, the palate is firm, with a tart freshness that gives it a beautifully zesty length. It’s a remarkably well-balanced wine, which only gets better after a few years in the cellar.
The red wine, matured with the greatest of care, is the typical right bank bordeaux blend combining Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It is the perfect accompaniment for a beautiful rib steak, while the white will brighten up a nicely grilled bream sprinkled with rosemary.
