Barolo of great elegance, depth, fullness and longevity, which he needs to have in the bottle for several years. The grapes come from the "Sori Ginestra" vineyard of the same name in the village of Monforte, where Nebbiolo always gave excellent quality. The soil is rich in blue clay and saliva and solid particles mixed with stones. The Ginestra vineyard is an exceptional location with fast-warming soil, exposition to the south and good drainage.
It blends well with sophisticated meat dishes, roast feast game, and roasted beef.
