Attitude Sauvignon Blanc, Pascal Jolivet

Very pleasant Rosé from the Pascal Jolivet winery, located in the famous Val de Loire. Equally famous is this wine, in the form of a balanced combination of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay. It has a wonderful scent of red fruit, especially cherry and raspberries with very pleasant acidity. The interesting thing is that the oldest plot in Pouilly-Fumé's appellation of only four hectares and was even planted by Benedictine monks in the 11th century, which was also named.
